Dutchess Tekcon Industries, Inc an HVAC-R Corporation in the State of New York was formed February 10, 1994, by Thomas J. Nocket.
Thomas J. Nocket owned and operated T. J. Nocket, Inc. a Mechanical Contracting firm bidding on projects in the Hudson Valley Region of New York. Mr. Nocket wanted his customers to be serviced after the warranty term expired on the mechanical systems he installed, so he formed Dutchess Tekcon Industries Inc. a commercial and industrial service company.
